By accessing and using the What's Cookin application ("App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (also referred to as our Terms of Service). If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

What's Cookin is a recipe generation and cooking companion application that provides users with personalized recipes, meal planning, shopping lists, and cooking guidance.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Verify your email address
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Service

4.1 Subscription Plans

The App offers subscription plans that provide enhanced features and increased usage limits. Users must choose either a Monthly or Annual subscription plan at checkout. Plan details and pricing may vary by region.

4.2 Free Tier

Non-subscribed users have access to:

• Browse recipe cards
• Generate up to 5 recipes per day
• Limited access to recipe details

4.3 Premium Subscription

Subscribed users receive:

• Generate up to 20 recipes per day
• Full access to all recipe details, quantities, and instructions
• Access to all premium features
• No restrictions on app usage

4.4 One-Time Recipe Unlock

Non-subscribed users may purchase a one-time recipe unlock product (unlock_once) to access a single recipe generation entitlement. One-time purchases are separate from subscription plans.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Fees

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (Monthly or Annual). Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our Cancellation Policy.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Supported Google Play products include premium_features_sub (Monthly), annual_subs (Annual), and unlock_once (One-time unlock). By purchasing, you agree to Google Play's payment terms.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your Monthly or Annual subscription at any time through:

• Google Play Store (for Google Play subscriptions)
• Your account settings in the App
• Contacting our support team

One-time purchases are not subscriptions and cannot be canceled once completed, except where required by law.

6.2 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to Google Play Store policies and relevant consumer protection laws.

6.3 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content to provide the service.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share your account credentials with others

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of What's Cookin and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, What's Cookin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
